As Medical Director, you’ll balance clinical excellence with strategic leadership—helping both people and patients thrive.

- Guiding and supporting a high-performing veterinarian team
- Shaping and refining clinical standards, protocols, and services
- Driving efficiency and best practices across hospital operations
- Ensuring an exceptional client and patient experience
- Building strong partnerships with the referring veterinary community
- Mentoring, coaching, and developing veterinary talent
- Monitoring medical quality and leading continuous improvement efforts
What Makes You a Standout
- DVM (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Licensed in Texas (or eligible)
- Background in emergency or board certification in specialties like ECC, oncology, surgery, radiology, or internal medicine
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A confident communicator who can motivate, align, and inspire teams
- A forward-thinking leader who thrives on innovation and growth
