Qualifications and experience: This is an excellent opportunity for doctors with 3+ years of clinical experience who are looking to take the next step in their career and have a devotion to mentorship and teaching. Extra consideration will be given to those with proven leadership skills, tenacity, and adaptability. Must be licensed (or willing to become licensed) in Oregon. As a Co-Medical Director, you’ll help Dr. Whitaker lead two companion animal hospitals, primarily focusing on team mentorship, culture, and retention. We’re searching for an exp
