Your role: Lead, Manage and Accountability (LMA)
Implement and maintain hospital Protocols, Financial management- payroll, COGS, A/R's, Inventory management- COGs, Budgets, Recruiting and Onboarding, Retention, and HR
2-5 years Veterinary Hospital management preferred.

Our Practice Manager is responsible for the business activities of the practice including hiring and training of support team, working with the team to prepare financial statements and budgets, monitoring key performance indicators, maintaining inventory and inventory control system, managing hospital software, implementing safety and security procedures, and human resources management. The Practice Manager should also be familiar with all positions of employment within the practice and be able to assist the team when needed. This is a leadership role with the additional responsibility of ensuring a positive work environment, supporting our culture, in which the practice achieves its’ goals. They effectively collaborate with the Visionary and stays on the same page. Maintaining a high-level of mutual respect for the Visionary. Realizes the unique contributions and ideas that the Visionary has, and possesses an ability to filter and translate those ideas into functional plans for the business. Verifies and confirms that all key messages are properly and consistently cascaded across the organization, to ensure that everyone knows what is going on. This enables a high level of effective communication throughout the whole organization.
