Stonecreek Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Medical Director to join their amazing and experienced team of doctors and incredible support staff. We are looking to expand and grow.
We are a full-service medical facility with state-of-the-art equipment which includes modern ultrasound, digital radiology, and digital dental radiology. The industry-first program called the Veterinarian Incentive Plan allows current doctors and those who become a part of the Pathway team to elect to participate in the new bonus structure, which is based on tenure and company performance. General practice veterinarians can earn up to $225,000. One-third of the total VIP award is based on each doctor's tenure and the other two-thirds is based on company performance.
The program is eligible for current and new doctors who provide veterinary care at Pathway veterinary hospital locations. This includes both part-time and full-time doctors.
