Baldwin and Crosstown Animal Clinic is a small animal practice located in beautiful Corpus Christi on the Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Laguna Madre. The clinic now employs four veterinarians and we are looking for two more. EXCELLENT employment opportunity providing good mentoring on surgical skills, emergencies, treatment of common skin conditions, parasite infections, trauma cases, preventative medicine, dystocias, spays, neuters, C-sections, pyometras, diagnostic testing and client education. OUR PRACTICE Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m to 6 p.m. Saturdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays 1-6 p.m. No after hour emergencies. This practice serves a diverse clientele on a walk-in basis, with elective surgeries by appointment. This is a fun, busy practice where good communication, common sense, and a bit of patience are valued skills. SUPPORT Normally, two veterinarians, two receptionists, a manager, and 4-7 veterinary technicians are working at any given time. We have digital X-ray, Abaxis blood chemistry/CBC equipment, ultrasound, and typical diagnostic kits. COMPENSATION New graduates, 117,000 annually for typical work week. Option to work more at $50.00/hour. The pay scale for experienced veterinarians is open.
