Hospital Administrator

The Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech is currently recruiting for a highly qualified Hospital Administrator who will be responsible for all administrative and management functions related to the operation of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Appointment will be at the AP Faculty Level, reporting directly to the Veterinary Teaching Hospital Director.  The successful candidate will be responsible for all administrative and management functions related to the operation of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. These responsibilities include direction and oversight of VTH's administrative, business development, human resources, financial, capital projects, and operations management functions. Daily interaction, planning, organization, direction, and coordination of departments within the Hospital including patient receiving, medical records, fiscal and materials management, communications, facility planning, security, patient care services, laboratory services, and maintenance activities.
