Exciting new opportunity as an urgent care veterinarian. Well established small animal hospital looking to add urgent care after hours to our list of services. Roosevelt is well equipped to handle the majority of urgent medical and surgical presentations and will not be advertising as a full ER. We will need a vet with experience in light to moderate emergency work and especially one who can handle urgent, but not emergency, surgical issues. Also looking for experienced support staff. A high priority will be placed on short wait times for clients and calm, smooth case management by the staff.
Responsibilities will also include caring for hospitalized medical and surgical patients. Hours will start at 6pm and end at midnight. Will be PT to start and most likely develop into FT.
