Veterinary Specialists of Connecticut is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Neurologist to join our rapidly growing, general medicine, 24-hour emergency, and specialty 17-doctor hospital Team. Established over 30 years ago, we are a multi-disciplinary center supported by specialists in Surgery (3), Internal Medicine (3), Critical Care (2) and Behavior (1) along with three emergency and five general practice veterinarians, and a Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner and Certified Physical Therapist. Our Rehabilitation Service provides underwater treadmill and adjunctive therapies including acupuncture and laser therapy. Our top-notch in-house MRI technicians run our GE Signa Horizon LX 1.5 T high field MRI and are supported by telemedicine as well as by our in-house specialists and over 50 paraprofessional team members. Additional amenities include in-house laboratory, color-doppler ultrasound, GI endoscopy and bronchoscopy, digital radiology, video otoscopy, and anesthesia ventilator.
