Veterinary Associate - Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities

At Sunny Ridge Veterinary Services, we are committed to high-quality care and making a difference in our community. Located in beautiful Rogers, Ohio, we’re seeking a full-time or part-time veterinary associate to join our mixed practice.
About Us:
Founded in 2013, our practice has grown exponentially thanks to our dedication to offering excellent patient care at an exceptional value. Our 5,000-square-foot facility is fully equipped with:
- 5-stall barn
- Digital radiology (in-house and portable)
- Midmark dental machine
- Isoflurane anesthesia units (x2)
- Digital anesthesia monitoring
- Ultrasound
- Idexx Catalyst, ProCyte, and SediVue
- IntraVet software
- 6 small animal exam rooms and kennel
We are a mixed animal practice but welcome small animal-exclusive applicants as well. Whether your interests lie in small or large animal care, we have plenty of room for you to grow and contribute to our mission.
Location:
Nestled adjacent to Beaver Creek State Park and near the Ohio River, our rural location offers abundant outdoor activities and a serene lifestyle while remaining close to essential amenities.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary: $100K - $140K annually, based on experience and desired schedule
Work-life balance: Full-time position offers a 4-day workweek (with flexible scheduling)
Pro-sal structure: Production bonus potential with base salary
Generous benefits:

- No on-call or weekend shifts
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 7:00 pm (days typically end by 5:00 pm)
