About Us
Since 1962, Casa Grande Animal Hospital has been a trusted name in veterinary care for the community and surrounding areas. We are a busy, full-service small animal practice that also provides limited equine services. Our hospital is known for being efficient, collaborative, and technician-driven, allowing our veterinarians to focus on what they do best - providing exceptional patient care.
What We Offer
$125,000 - $150,000 base salary, depending on experience
Production-based bonuses
Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and sick time, CE allowance, and 100% liability coverage
Schedule: 4-day work week w/ rotating weekends; no after-hours; Currently closed on Sunday but reopening as we grow

Our facility is designed to support a high standard of medicine and efficient workflow:
6 exam rooms (1 dedicated for end-of-life care)
Surgical suite with 2 tables
Dental suite with 2 tables and digital dental radiography
Digital radiology
Versana Premier Ultrasound + Butterfly iQ
K-Laser and Surgical CO2 Laser
IDEXX in-house lab
ScribbleVet AI transcription for streamlined documentation
Our Team
You will join a collaborative and well-supported group of veterinarians and technicians:
5 DVMs
A large technician support team
2:1 technician-to-doctor ratio, ensuring DVMs are well supported

Who We are Looking For
Our ideal candidate is:
A veterinarian with 5+ years of experience
Confident in fast-paced environments and high-quality medicine
Excited to mentor newer graduates
Collaborative, adaptable, and client-focused
Skilled (or interested) in orthopedic surgery and/or advanced ultrasound (preferred but not required)
