Salary Range: $125,000–$225,000
Compensation is tailored to your individual skills, experience, and the type of schedule you're looking for.

Comprehensive Benefits: Including a retirement plan, 15 days of vacation, 5 days of sick pay, a phone allowance, and $5,000 for continuing education.
Flexible Schedule: 15-minute vaccine appointments and 30-minute sick appointments, tailored to your preference. Doctors leave around 5:45 p.m., with two techs per doctor for added support.
Vet Squad on Speed Dial: Tackle tricky cases with support from our network of 20+ experienced vets via Microsoft Teams. It’s like having a veterinary brain trust at your fingertips!
Streamlined Surgeries: Major procedures come with step-by-step guides.
Dedicated Team Support: Our manager treats the team like family, providing unwavering support so you feel valued every step of the way.
