For over three decades, Apple Valley Animal Hospital has been Winchester's trusted partner in companion animal care. Founded by Virginia Tech graduates Drs. Marietta and Kim Walls, this practice was built on a powerful vision: pets deserve the same medical excellence and compassion we'd want for ourselves.
As our founders prepare for retirement, we're searching for a practicing veterinarian to lead our team and write the next chapter of Apple Valley's story.

$140K base salary (negotiable based on experience)

Your Leadership Role
As a hands-on Medical Director, you'll:
Clinical Excellence: Guide medical protocols, ensure optimal outcomes, elevate care standards, optimize inventory
Team Development: Mentor associates (including new graduates), participate in recruitment, support doctor performance
Strategic Partnership: Drive practice growth, contribute to budgets and planning, champion client service, lead innovation
