Description
We are hiring in Danville, Indiana at Healthy Paws Animal Hospital.
We are continuing to grow and we are so excited! We are a noncorporate, family owned local business. We both live in and serve the community. We attend school events (most of us are working parents) and support community projects via donation of both time and financial contributions. We have worked hard to promote a positive, fun, caring culture that boasts a close knit group helping improve the quality of our patients while working closely with their pet parents. We have a staff of 3 DVMs and are looking to add associates to our team.
We offer integrative medicine approaches and surgery, as well as encouragement (and expectation) of associates to follow their passion. We schedule 30 minute appointments to allow for a fear free positive experience. Onsite in house diagnostics, digital rads, digital dental radiology, dedicated dental suite, companion laser and so much more! Our current expansion allows for more space including separation from dog and cat sides of the facility. It includes a final result of 9 exam rooms with an additional comfort/consult room with separate entrance. We have 4 RVTs currently, with three of our veterinary assistants in tech school.
Need more variety? House call appointments with our van affectionately named "Fern" if you so desire. Prefer surgery? We can accomodate that as well.
Schedule flexibility is available. PT and FT schedules are available. Qualified applicants must have a sense of humor, integrity, love of pets and their people, and a desire to serve the community. Benefits? PTO for both PT and FT employees. Paid birthdays and a day OFF. Continuing education, licenses, membership fees, retirement plan and more! Compensation offered via pro-sal based (no negative accrual) or hourly. Contact Jessica at hpahmanager@gmail.com or contact one of our current team members.
FT, PT, flexible hours. Housecalls, surgery, holistic/integrative/rehab, if you have a passion, we will support you. Current associates do not have a non-compete. We would prefer someone with experience that could just take off running with the medical and surgical aspect, however, mentoring is available for candidates who would prefer more support initially.
