Veterinary Medical Center of The Woodlands is hiring both an Associate Veterinarian and a Lead DVM to join our thriving, multi-doctor practice. About the Roles
We’re hiring for two distinct positions:
- Associate Veterinarian – Ideal for early-career or mid-level doctors seeking mentorship, skill development, and long-term growth.
- Lead Veterinarian – A leadership-focused role with opportunities to shape clinical standards, mentor colleagues, and influence hospital operations.
Both roles offer:
- A diverse caseload and advanced diagnostic tools.
- A team of five full-time DVMs and experienced support staff.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional medical, surgical, and diagnostic care.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
- Participate in mentorship, leadership, and community outreach.
Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent degree.
- Licensed to practice in Texas.
- Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work four 10-hour shifts with rotating weekends.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $120,000–$150,000
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000
- Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts/week + rotating weekends
