This is an exciting opportunity at our expanding Centerville Shelter. We are looking for an experienced veterinarian to open a public spay/neuter clinic in our brand new state-of–the-art Centerville adoption center/clinic. Our goal is for the clinic to open in mid-June. Our Clinic will be equipped with new digital x-ray and a fully equipped dental suite. If you have experience with high volume, high quality spay/neuter techniques (humane alliance model) and have the ability to oversee and guide technicians and volunteer veterinarians, this is a unique opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have experience in dental surgery, the ability to consult in small animal cases, conduct health and behavior evaluations, prescribe medication as needed, and will work with and follow up on individualized shelter animals. We are looking for applicants who have the ability to collaborate with local Cape Cod veterinarians to ensure our public programs are developed, understood and promoted by the local veterinarians.
Located in beautiful Cape Cod, Centerville, is a popular destination for vacation getaways; lovely weather, ocean breezes, and the small-town feel distinctive to New England. Craigsville Beach, the largest beach on the cape, offers boating, beachcombing, bird watching and swimming in Nantucket Sound.

The Angell Animal Medical Center (AAMC) a world renown non-profit organization. Located in Boston, Massachusetts, Angell is owned by the private, nonprofit, Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
The AAMC is a full service 24-hour facility that employs over 300 people and cares for approximately 70,000 cases annually.
